No No Child Left Behind 

Sociologist Charles Murray has experienced the No Child Left Behind Law first hand through his children and he is not happy about it.

Meanwhile, Sam Dillon of the New York Times shows how U.S. Education Secretrary Margaret Spellings is running the nation's public schools from her chair in Washington, D.C.
