Colbert King Ridicules Reinoso 

In his column today Colbert King makes fun of the fact that Victor Reinoso admitted copying his education plan from a school district in North Carolina, said he accepted full responsibility for what he did, yet still remains in his job. If this is how he feels then why didn't he say that in the Post editorial which he almost certainly wrote? I don't get it.
