Post Says Reinoso Accepts Blame
The Editors of the Washington Post say that there is no excuse for plagiarism and that if a student were caught copying material like Victor Reinoso did, verbatim and without credit, then the individual should expect a failing grade.
Well Mr. Reinoso did accept responsibility for incorporating much of the education plan of a school district in North Carolina directly into the District's proposal. The Washington Post is happy that at least someone is accountable for the act.
Taking true accountability to me means accepting an "F" and resigning. Now that would be a real change in DCPS. Someone loses their job due to job performance.
