On To The Supreme Court

Carol Leonnig of the Washington Post reports today that the federal appeals court in Washington, D.C. will not review the decision by three of its members overturning the city's ban on ownership of handguns. We will now get what we wanted all along, a ruling on what the second amendment of the U.S. constitution actually means by the U.S. Supreme Court. My optimistic prediction is that the justices will decide that D.C. residents will be allowed to protect their life and property.
