We Knew What To Do 

Daniel Henninger of the Wall Street Journal writes about a subject that is extremely interesting to me, namely, why do we do the wrong thing when we know that it is wrong. In this case he is talking about how people could have prevented the shooting at Virginia Tech. Writing in the Washington Times, Walter Williams reaches exactly the same conclusion.
