The Retrial Of Dr. Hurwitz
We, together with the Cato Institute, spent considerable space covering the trial of McLean, Va pain relief physician William Hurwitz. As you may remember Dr. Hurwitz was sentenced to 25 years in prison for prescribing large amounts of narcotics by mistake to small number of people who turned out to be drug addicts. Well his conviction was overturned and his re-trial is now in progress.
