Bad Supreme Court Decision On Medical Marijuana 

According to the CNN website the U.S. Supreme Court has ruled that federal law supersedes state law when it comes to medical marijuana laws. In the article the 6 to 3 majority says that the U.S. Constitution's Commerce Clause justifies Congresses actions even if the marijuana that is grown never crosses state lines.

Am I missing something here?
