These are the percentages of public school children respectively that charter schools gained and DCPS lost for the current school year. So the reaction of parents to all the changes Michelle Rhee has brought seems to be "run for your life." The most interesting angle to the article by the Washington Post's Bill Turque is the number of consolidated schools that are have not even come close to hitting their enrollment targets.
