Weak Article On Charter DC-CAS Scores
Bill Turque has an article in the District Weekly Section of the Washington Post that talks about the moderate increase in charter school standardized test scores but fails to provide any real analysis of what the results show. I guess 22,000 students and 30% of all public school kids is not sufficient to get real attention from this newspaper.
