Supreme Court Takes D.C. Gun Ban Case
As predicted right here the U.S. Supreme Court will hear the case regarding the D.C. gun ban. It will probably be argued in March. This is the first time in almost 70 years that a Second Amendment issue will be raised in front of the Court.
