Bring On The Court
The U.S. Supreme Court was silent yesterday as to whether it will hear the D.C. gun ban case. The editors of the Washington Post today urge the court to decide the case and make the absurd argument that the Second Amendment of the Constitution does not apply to the District because it is not a state. Could you just imagine all the laws that could then be overturned in the nation's capital if this reasoning was legitimized?
