The Battle Lines Are Being Drawn
Theola Labbe of the Washington Post says that the D.C. Teachers Union (a group that needs to be exiled to Cuba if there ever was one) has formally come out against the Rhee plan to re-classify central office workers so that she can fire them. Other unions are apparently joining in.
The D.C. Council visits the issue on Friday. I'm such a policy wonk that I really wish I could be there.
