Robert Novak And I Are On The Same Page
Its been curious to watch John Edwards lately. I, like Robert Novak, found him extremely strong in the Democratic debate last week. I think the news accounts of his performance generally missed this observation. At the same time Mr. Edwards is doing his best to turn people off. He has been getting into a public feud with Bob Shrum (never a good thing to do) and he has been doing his best to show that although he focused on poverty as a public policy matter being poor is definitely not what he has his family are interested in.
