Michelle Rhee Moves Fast
The Washington Post's Theola Labbe has learned that Michelle Rhee has already taken charge by stopping the hiring of new principals at DCPS. She wants to make sure the candidates are actually qualified for the job. Now that would be something new wouldn't it?
