Now That's Exciting
According to the Washington Post's David Nakamura D.C. School Superintendent Clifford Janey has already lost his job (that happened last night) and he is being replaced today by Michelle Rhee, who runs a company that trains teachers to work in inner city schools.
Great move. Let's tear up the last system and start over. I love the idea that he did not select a career superintend who may be more interested in staying in place rather than doing anything radical.
