Baltimore City Schools
The Washington Post today takes aim at the partisan fight going on in Maryland over the State's plan to take 11 schools away from Baltimore's control. These public schools are so bad that they actually outperform those of DEWY Now this is really saying something.
In a couple of weeks the principal of The William E. Doar, Jr. PCS and I are attending a charter school information session to see what it will take to open WEDJII in Baltimore City.
