The Idea Of Liberty Spreading Throughout the World
John Fund of the Wall Street Journal reports today on the proliferation of free-market think thanks internationally. The Cato Institute will be assisting these efforts by introducing "Web sites in French, Portuguese, Chinese, Kurdish, African languages and Persian", which "join existing Cato Web sites in Russian, Spanish and Arabic."
