Really Stupid Supreme Court Decision
When can one branch of government tell the other one what to do? Well, when it comes to global warming it seems the U.S. Supreme Court can order the EPA to pass rules restricting carbon dioxide. I think now Congress should pass a law telling the justices where they must eat lunch every day. And its this weird 5 - 4 majority that is tearing apart our constitution, the liberal ones plus Anthony Kennedy. Here's some Cato Instutute reaction to the ruling.
