The Cost Of Not Smoking

Here's a typical Walter Williams piece explaining in perfect clarity the economics of smoking bans and how he handles them.

When I was a George Mason University graduate student and Congress was in the middle of the fight over whether to pass Hillary Clinton's healthcare plan I knocked on the door of Mr. William's office to see if I could talk to him. He opened the door to his tiny space and a cloud of smoke hit me in the eyes. We talked for about 60 seconds about how crazy her scheme was and then he said he had to get back to work.
