I Wish They Would Make Up Their Minds
In Oregon the Supreme Court says you have the freedom to use drugs in a way that they were never intended so that you can end your life. In this case state law rules. But if you want to smoke a little marijuana to reduce the symptoms of chemotherapy in California then federal law takes precedence.
Could someone please bring a case before the court so that they may decide that adults may do whatever they want if their actions impact no one within a galaxy of where they are standing?
