The Confirmation Hearings
I didn't get a change to catch much of the hearings yesterday but I did hear one question and answer:
Senator: Did you think that Bush v. Gore was decided correctly?
Judge Alito: I don't know. I didn't pay attention to the decision.
Give me a break.
