State Of DC School Facilities 

Dion Haynes does a great job today of telling the sad story of Washington D.C.'s public school facilities. As Katie recently reminded her readers, the William E. Doar Jr. Public Charter School provides quite a contrast to the experience of the child featured in the Washington Post article. Perhaps we should just give up on these dilapidated buildings and re-build them all as charter schools.
