Manhattan Institute No Friend To Bloomberg Administration
Nicholas Confessore relates that the Manhattan Institute, which played a crucial role in driving many of the policies of the Giuliani Administration, is not having nearly has much success achieving access to Mayor Bloomberg. It seems they just don't see eye to eye.
