Casey Lartigue
In response to my post about the Brown versus the Board of Education, Casey Lartigue re-prints the speech he gave at a Cato Institute conference commemorating the Supreme Court decision. Its a great read because it demonstrates the unique conversational style Casey has when he appears before an audience.
I also noticed that Casey has borrowed my blog's template. I take this as a compliment. In return, I only ask that he post some comments about his recent visit to the WEDJ PCS.
