Favorite American Painting
I thought I would do an art post on the morning of the pending Senate Debate over the "Nuclear Option" which I hope will pass.
Tyler Green asks bloggers to name their favorite painting in America and their favorite painting in America by an American artist. Edward Winkleman selects Edward Hopper's "Early Sunday Morning" for his pick in the later category. I would agree. This is also the painting featured in my article "Management and Art." You can see it for yourself at the Whitney Museum.
