Easing NCLB 

Sam Dillon is back today with an article about Secretary of Education Margaret Spellings' meeting with State Superintendents of Education to announce that there would be a new flexibility in the federal government's implementation of the No Child Left Behind Law. Then, except for when it came to special education children, she would not say what that new flexibility entailed. She also took no questions from the audience.
