Rhee And Gist Blow Special Education Reform
A report issued Monday regarding work by D.C. Mayor Fenty to fix issues with special education in the City had choice words for School Chancellor Michelle Rhee and State School Superintendent Deborah Gist:
The report also said that top education officials are "over their head."

FriedmanThe story, as reported in today's Washington Examiner by Bill Myers, has a great example of a letter sent out to private school contractors asking for detail on their expenses by July 9th. The letter was dated July 4th and was not mailed until July 24th.
