Herbert Walberg On Charter Schools 

School choice scholar Herbert Walberg taped a Cato Institute podcast yesterday on the relationship between charter schools and private school vouchers. And while the author prefers a voucher system he has some extremely encouraging things to say about students academic achievement in charter schools across the U.S.
