Great Day For School Choice
Theola Labbe of the Washington Post documents the rise in charter school enrollment at the expense of DCPS. In less than two decades it has been predicted that all public school students in Washington, D.C. will attend charters. I guess by that point we will not have to argue over whether its the mayor or a board that oversees empty classrooms.
