The Legacy Of Anthony Williams
Colbert King mostly gets it right, except for a couple of things.
1. He did not move fast enough and provide sufficient time and energy to fixing the public schools, and supporting the charter school and private school voucher movements.
2. He sometimes made decisions impulsively (like deciding to move the University of D.C. and sell its Connecticut Avenue headquarters to bring in revenue), which I liked, but which made a lot of citizens angry.
