Janey Gets A $25,000 Bonus For Crap 

Dion Haynes says that the DCPS Superintendent will get the bonus based upon meeting almost all of his goals during the past year. I guess these included having students flee his system for their lives, horrible implementation of a brand new standardized test, and an dramatic increase in the number of schools not meeting AYP.
