Washington Post Celebrates My Disappointment
I find it ironic (but I guess obvious) that the same Supreme Court that I find has let us down in reining in the powers of Congress is the same body that the Washington Post now views as thankfully turning away from its recent decisions on "Federalism." What the editors are happy about it that we have not seen further progress on ruling unconstitutional laws such as the Violence Against Women's Act and the Gun-Free School Zone law, that so obviously exceeded Congress's delegated authority in our Constitution. I'm nostalgic.
