Supreme Court Hits Home Run

Well now I have to change my opinion. After criticizing multiple opinions by the Court they exceeded my expectations in their "war on terror" decisions. The bottom line is that the justices decided that "enemy combatants" and those held in Cuba must have access to U.S. courts. Hurray! People do have rights after all. Here's the New York Times explanation by David Stout and a strong Washington Post editorial on the subject.

I'll include CATO's views when they are published. But for now here is Tim Lynch's reaction to the Court's ruling that a person must provide his identification to the police, even if the individual has done nothing wrong.
