Condoleezza Rice
Sorry, I just wanted to get your attention. Instead of writing about her testimony I thought I'd direct you to something much more exciting. News is that the Museum of Modern Art in New York City is set to re-open in November. It has been closed about 2 years as it substantially increases it's exhibition space. The linked article says that for the first time in its history the MOMA will be the only building on its block.
This is great news. I love this museum. The first time I went there and saw Vincent van Gough's "Starry Night" I cried (really). The first painting that the museum bought for itself was Edward Hopper's "House by the Railroad." They have some other fantastic examples of his art such as "Gas" and "New York Movie."
The most striking aspect of the news report is the amount of money donated to the project by MOMA's board of directors.
