Senator Specter Is Pissed-Off
that the Supreme Court has had the audacity to overrule Congress on 33 of its laws, 10 because Congress exceeded its Constitutional authority. As Linda Greenhouse of the New York Times reports today, the Senator remarked "I take umbrage at what the court has said, and so do my colleagues,"
