The Right To Privacy
Does the U.S. Constitution include a right to privacy? Of course it does. Almost all of the document is predicated on the idea that we have the right to be left alone. We have the right to say what we want, prey to who or what we want, and be safe in our homes without government coming in at will.
But does this right include the killing of unborn babies? No. Without the right to life their are no rights. Roe needs to be overturned. For a clear analysis of this issue see in today's New York Times, of all places, the editorial by Princeton University law professor Robert George.
